Rigatoni

Exceptional ability to carry sauce. An absolute classic maccherone, rigatoni are a favorite for many pasta lovers. The ‘righe’ or lines on the pasta give it unparalled ability to hold sauces and condiments. We also offer half-length rigatoni called ‘Mezze Maniche’.
